I brought my sweeeeet little baby to the day care to get her socialized with other pups. It’s been a couple months now and she’s really progressing.
The staff here is wonderful. Personable, friendly and they take their jobs seriously.
I also had her work with the trainer a bit, and I really like the way he handled the training. Plus it’s nice to get a little report card which tells me what he worked on and what I can do at home to continue with her education.
I would recommend Stoney Creek to anyone looking to bring their babies to daycare. It’s worth every penny.
Great place as far as they take care of our pets. But beware because they will change there costs and not tell you. They changed there policy for picking up early but did not tell us. We had to pay an extra day even if we were not told ahead of time. They are all about the money. They do do provide good service but you better have some cash to give them.
I have used Pet Lodge for few years along with my daughter that boards her 3 dogs on a regular or did. I packed 10 cups of food for him for his 4 day trip. He is 78 pounds and on the paper it said 1 cup am and 1 cup pm and the cup was provided. How do I pick him up and still have 6 cups? I scooped out the bag and was 6 cups 😡. I call and I’m waiting on call from manager tomorrow but was told not sure why they put on paperwork ate good. Well if you eat one time a day you would eat good to. So $240 and a hungry dog.
Our dog loves going to Stoney Creek Pet Lodge. This is the only place we trust with our little family member.
We have used the Pet Lodge for many years for our dogs since the Pet Lodge first opened. We take many trips throughout the year and never have issues with this facility, until this past weekend. We dropped our dogs off on Thursday. We went for pick up on Sunday and one of our dogs was being carried out. At first glance, my husband knew immediately something was wrong with her. They told us that she had found a marker and was not feeling well. A few hours after being home, we were told to call poison control from a local pet ER. The ER suggested she be seen immediately. We went to the ER and our dog was severely dehydrated with many other abnormalities. She went home and the next day was even more lethargic, not eating or drinking. We took her to our local vet and she stayed for over 48 hours getting IV fluids and IV antibiotics. We aren’t sure what happened during her stay at the pet lodge, but we are very upset that no one called us to let us know our dog was not feeling well during her stay. We would have picked her up sooner to get immediate care. She almost didn’t make it. You would think that as a frequent customer, a call would have been made to us sooner and also take her to get immediate care at the clinic next door. We have yet to get a return call from the manager. We did get a refund for the stay but we almost lost our girl and our dogs will not be returning. I do not feel comfortable sending them there and not knowing how their health will be upon pick up. $4000 later, we have our girl, thankfully for Town and Country vet.
Rose and Lily have been going to The Pet Lodge for years. We know they will be well taken care of. The staff is absolutely the best.
The best daycare ever!!! Sadly, we don’t live near it anymore, but every time I visit the area, I make sure my dog spends the day there
We have used Stoney Creek Pet Lodge for years. I used to love the atmosphere and for the most part, still do. Kiersten knows customer service and does a wonderful job of it. The current manager could take a few tips from her on how to speak to people.
